Guided Inside Burj Al Arab Tour Important Information

• Doors open at 9:30 @ Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA Ticketing Lounge.
• Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts.
• Photography is not allowed in the main Atrium and in the first floor.
• Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
• Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeira Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge, Proof of age may be required.
• The pick-up will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Please wear a decent dress code. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
• Please note: IBAA Ticketing Lounge will be closed from 8th to 14th February due to the World Government Summit. Tours will start at the Wild Wadi entrance, near the IBAA kiosk.
