• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Transfers are available from centrally located hotels in Dubai.
• Children under 2 years old are not allowed on the glass-bottom boat ride.
• Wheelchair and stroller access is available (except for Ray Encounter & Penguin Encounter).
• Attractions may be temporarily closed due to maintenance or technical reasons.
