How to Redeem Your Dubai Dolphinarium Ticket

Once you receive your ticket via email, simply download it and present it at the venue or at the turnstile for scanning. Once scanned, you will be able to enter the venue.

Important Information

• Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your session begins.
• Entry to Creek Park requires an additional AED 5 payment.
• Shared transfers are available from centrally located hotels in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.
• Children under 2 years old can enter for free.
• Water activities are available for children aged 8 and older who are confident swimmers.
• Pregnant women and individuals with injuries are not permitted to swim with dolphins.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the transfer vehicle.
• Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
