How to Redeem Glow Garden Tickets
Shortly after completing your booking, you’ll receive your tour confirmation voucher via email. Make sure you check your spam/junk folder or notify us if you don’t find it in your inbox. Print this voucher or show its mobile version to exchange it for physical tickets upon arrival. Your voucher also features a QR code that you can scan at the ticket counter to gain entry.
Important Information
- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- The timings for transfers may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by Dubai Garden Glow.
- Animals or pets are not allowed inside Dubai Garden Glow.
- Appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
- Please use designated passages, walkways, and exits provided.
- Outside food, drinks, and smoking are not permitted.
- Last entry is one hour prior to the closing time.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

Cancellation Policy: For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, no charges will be applicable. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% charges will be applicable. If eligible for a refund, your amount will be returned within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years & below 1.2 meters in height will be considered infants, and entry will be free of cost. Children above the age of 3 will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
